PBIS
Positive Behavior Intervention Support

Hot Springs Elementary participates in the PBIS state-initiative to develop and establish positive expectations for behavior throughout our school. Teachers and staff explicitly teach and model expected behaviors. Students earn beads for following P.A.W.S. On Fridays, students trade 10 beads for a paw charm. Charms and beads are displayed on metal chains and worn on Fridays. Classes can work together to earn beads for their class. When the class has earned 50 beads, they vote on a special reward. Paws will be colored and displayed on our bulletin board in the breezeway.†It's going to be a Pawsome year!

PBIS Motto
Huskies use their P.A.W.S.
Practice respect
Accept Responsibility
Work together to
Succeed
